**2. Intellectual Property Rights**

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our designs are our proprietary property.

* **Upon Full Payment:** All rights to the final website design and code deployed for your project will be transferred to you.

* **Portfolio Rights:** We reserve the right to display the completed work in our digital portfolio and marketing materials as a showcase of our craftsmanship.

**3. Service Engagement**

* **Consultation:** All projects begin with a mandatory consultation to ensure alignment of vision.

* **Payment:** We operate on a premium service model. Payment terms will be detailed in the specific service agreement/invoice provided for each project.

* **Revisions:** We are committed to perfection. The number of major revisions is limited as per the specific agreement, but we ensure the final output meets our high-end standards.

**4. Limitation of Liability**

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the website or our services.

**5. Governing Law**

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Indonesia. Webstetik Digital Atelier and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
